Women’s Fellowship Conducts Medical Camp on World Health Day
April 7, 2014A Women’s Fellowship team from Believers Church Siliguri Diocese held a medical camp on 7th April 2014, World Health Day. The camp was conducted in a remote village and 150 people got benefited from the camp.
Dr. D.K.Roy (MBBS) was the chief guest of the program and he appreciated the work of Believers Church in remote villages.
Mr. Swagan Thapa (School Principal) said that, “I am very happy because this is the basic need of the communities in remote places. We hope we will get this kind of medical camp in coming days also.”
The medical camp is just one aspect of Believers Church’s medical initiatives. The church holds medical camps and health awareness programs in different locations.
