Well Replaces Pond as Water Source

Believers Church Tezpur inaugurated a new well in an undeveloped village on 12 June 2013. The local people previously lacked clean drinking water, as their only water source was a pond. Though they were getting sick from contaminated water, there was no way they could afford a well for their village.

When Believers Church installed a well, the villagers were very happy. Around one hundred people now come to the well each day to meet their household needs.

Believers Church provides clean water to hundreds of communities like this each year through wells and BioSand water filters.
