Welcoming Service for the 24th Batch of the Sisters of the Cross Held in Nepal

The welcoming service for the 24th batch of the Sisters of the Cross was held in Bhimnagar, Chitwan district, Nepal on June 30, 2024. The event was graced by the presence and blessings of His Grace Titus Mor Osthathiose, the Archbishop of the Kathmandu Archdiocese.

The service commenced with a warm welcome extended to the 20 newly enrolled sisters of the Sisters of the Cross. After which each sister had the opportunity to introduce herself to the congregation.

His Grace Titus Mor Osthathiose delivered an inspiring message, drawing from the life of Moses as described in Exodus 3:1-22. He highlighted the challenges that come with fulfilling God’s calling and encouraged the sisters to persevere despite obstacles.

The service concluded with special prayers offered for the life and studies of the sisters, asking for divine guidance and support in their spiritual journey.
