Water Scarcity Over for 9 Villages in Diocese of Nagpur

The Diocese of Nagpur inaugurated nine bore wells in different villages on 15th May 2014. Altogether 400 people from nine villages got benefited from these new bore wells.

All these villages were facing water scarcity for a long time. Due to the lack of proper water resources, the villagers had to walk kilometers and wait in long queues to get a bucketful of water. The situation worsened in summer time.

But now the water scarcity is over and they can draw sufficient water from the new wells at any time. The community members have referred to the well as a “great blessing”.

Believers Church has drilled thousands of bore wells for impoverished communities, providing safe and accessible water.
