Villagers No Longer Drink Red Water

Believers Church Uttarakhand installed a new bore well on the 5th of July.

The people of the village are poor and depend on farming and labour for the survival of their families. They had been facing water problems because even though they had a hand pump, the water that came out of it was red in colour due to the sand in it. This caused their vessels to turn yellow.

Seeing the need, Believers Church installed a new bore well to help the villagers get clean drinking water. Almost 60 people benefit from the well each day.

Rani a villager who draws water from the well each day said, “I had to go far to get water but now I can take water from the well at any time. Thank you Believers Church for having concern towards us.”

Believers Church has installed thousands of wells like this one in needy villages.
