VIllage Facing Water Scarcity Gets a New Bore Well in the Diocese of Agartala
April 10, 2014On 10th April 2014, the Diocese of Agartala installed a bore well for villagers facing water scarcity. Altogether 40 people depend on this bore well for their daily water needs.
The villagers were facing water scarcity for a long time. Due to the shortage of water they couldn’t wash clothes and bathe as much as was needed. The unhygienic living condition caused a lot of health problems for the villagers. Under these circumstances the church decided to install a new bore well for the villagers.
Till now the Believers Church has drilled thousands of bore wells and distributed thousands of BioSand water filters to needy communities.
