A Village in Diocese of Ranchi Receives New Bore Well on World Water Day

Believers Church Diocese of Ranchi inaugurated and dedicated a new bore well in a village on World Water Day, 22nd March 2015.

The villagers previously collected water from other villages as they do not have water sources in their own village. And each time when they needed water, they had to walk one to two kilometers. So, this new bore well was dug to reduce their struggles and to help them save their time and health.

Mr. Bhusan Tirkey (Former MLA) inaugurated the bore well. He and the villagers thanked the church for the great help the church has done for them.

Through its Clean Water Project, Believers Church provides clean and sustainable drinking water to water scarce villages and communities.
