Tribal Families Receive 32 BioSand Water Filters in Tinsukia

Believers Church Tinsukia distributed 32 BioSand Water Filters on 26th September 2014 to the members of a tribal community.

Previously, these people drank iron and sand-contaminated water directly without purifying it. They were unaware of the side effects of this drinking habit which made them fall sick often. Hence, the church decided to distribute water filters to help these villagers to access clean water.

Rajendra introduced the BioSand Water Filters to them. He also explained how they purify dirty water and provide safe drinking water.

All the beneficiaries were happy and thanked the church for their new filters, which will provide them clean water every day.

This is just an example of how Believers Church works among the needy communities to provide them clean water and to ensure their better health.
