Supplies Provided to those Affected by Floods in East Godavari District

Believers Church Hyderabad Diocese provided flood relief supplies to a place affected by floods in East Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh on the 20th of September.

More than 750 families benefited and each were provided with 10 Kg Rice, 1 blanket, 2 steel plates, 2 steel glasses, 1 Kg dall, and 1 Litre cooking oil and hand bag.

Mr. Pulaparthi Narayana Murthy (MLA), Addagalla Venkatasairam (Mandal Convener), and Chuttigulla Sarmila Raman (local Panchayat President) attended the program. The political leaders appreciated Believers Church’s work in helping the needy and those affected by the flood.

Those who benefited were thankful to the diocese for providing them with supplies in their time of need.

This event is part of the ongoing relief work Believers Church is conducting in Andhra Pradesh in response to devastating floods.
