Sunday School Children Engage in Social Work

A Sunday School in Believers Church Changlang engaged in social work on the 16th of August.

Twenty children and youth took part in the cleaning drive by cleaning the general play ground, main road and campus of the community health center with permission from Mr. Kento Riba (Assistant Deputy Commissioner)and Mr. Biyeshar Singho (Medical Officer). They cleaned the ground which was full of papers, plastics and bottles.

Mr. Kento Riba said, “Yesterday we have made the ground dirty as we conducted Independence Day program here and I am very happy that you have come forward to clean the dirty ground.” The medical officer was pleased with the children and he brought sweets for them.

Believers Church through its various departments engages in social work on various occasions throughout the year thereby working to uplift our society.
