St. Thomas Believers Eastern Church Cathedral Celebrates the Feast of Epiphany

The St. Thomas Believers Eastern Church Cathedral at Thiruvalla today celebrated the Feast of the Holy Epiphany with Divine Liturgy.

H.G. Joshua Mor Barnabas Episcopa presided over the liturgy. The main part of the service included the blessing of the waters and Crucession (procession with the cross). The water that is blessed on this day is taken home by the faithful, and used with prayer as a blessing. The faithful can not only bless themselves and their homes by sprinkling the holy water, but can also consume it.
