Special Program Conducted on International Youth Day

Believers Church Kathmandu Diocese organized a one-day special program for youths on the 12th of August.

The program was conducted on the occasion of International Youth Day and 37 youths participated.

Rev. Fr. Purna in his speech spoke on the basis of Metropolitan Dr. K.P. Yohannan’s book ‘Touching Godliness.’ Rev. Fr. Onisimus spoke on the importance of education and Rev. Fr. Santa shed light on youths and the usefulness of their life in society.

Hari (22 year old) is studying as a first year in college. He said, “I never found peace at home. My father is a village shaman. He is a drunkard. I used to hate him but through this program I have learnt that love and education can change people.”

Believers Church gives importance to teenagers and their role in society by creating awareness through programs conducted on special occasions.
