Social Welfare Minister Inaugurates Gift Distribution Program in Diocese of Patna

Believers Church Diocese of Patna distributed 42 sewing machines and 500 medicated mosquito nets to different families and underprivileged women on 9th November 2014.

Smt. Leshi Singh (Minister of Social Welfare) and Bishop M.A. Lalachan were the chief guests in the distribution program. In her presidential address, the minister appreciated the Church for its efforts taken in empowering the downtrodden in society and offered every possible help and support on behalf of the Government of Bihar.

The program was a great success and the beneficiaries thanked the Church for providing them these items.
