Slum Dwellers in Diocese of Bengaluru Receive Delicious Meal on World Food Day

On World Food Day, a Women’s Fellowship team in Believers Church Diocese of Bengaluru distributed food packets to 60 people living in a slum.

These people are living in a miserable condition and hardly eat even one time meal. So, the church decided to give them a meal and to show some compassion. The Women’s Fellowship members prepared and packed the food and then they visited them and distributed these food packets.

“Thank you so much for this delicious food and also for your love and care,” said one slum dweller happily.

On World Food Day each year, Believers Church raises awareness on poverty and hunger and shows compassion to the destitute by distributing food in its all dioceses.
