Slogans, Skits and Pamphlets Spread AIDS Awareness in Hyderabad

Believers Church Hyderabad Diocese held an AIDS Awareness rally for World AIDS Day, 1st December 2009. Minor Seminary students and staff walked about 15 Km to spread awareness about HIV/AIDS.

They rallied through the streets to different locations shouting slogans like “Save yourself from AIDS” to attract people’s attention.

During the rally, they distributed leaflets to the public explaining how HIV/AIDS spreads from one person to another. They also carried signboards and placards with awareness messages. In main areas, students did skits and staff spoke about how to prevent AIDS.

This was just one of many AIDS awareness events organized by Believers Church throughout the subcontinent to communicate the seriousness of the disease.
