Sisters of Compassion in Believers Church Uttarakhand organized a program for leprosy patients on 30th January for the occasion of World Leprosy Day. Fifty patients gathered for the event, where Sisters of Compassion distributed medicines.
Rev. Fr. Haggai raised awareness about leprosy, sharing that the disease was completely curable. After the program, an elderly woman named Ganeshi said, “I am thankful to the church for providing medicine and making awareness among us.”
Believers Church regularly works to raise awareness about health issues like leprosy, AIDS and hygiene.
