On 13th May 2015, a team of Sisters of Compassion in Believers Church Diocese of Kathmandu distributed food and water packets in different shelter tents in Kathmandu District.
The number of refugees staying in these sheltering tents increased after the recent earthquake. And now, people are struggling with shortages of food and water. Seeing their struggle, the church decided to help them.
That day, the sisters served a hot meal and gave water packets to them. The recipients were all happy and thanked the church for helping them.
