Believers Eastern Church Diocese of Kathmandu organized a one-day seminar on the Holy Eucharist on 19 September 2022.
H.G. Titus Mor Osthathiose Episcopa and the diocesan vicar of kathmandu diocese were the resource persons at the seminar.
Ordained priests, deacons and church elders from Believers Eastern Church parishes of Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur, and Kavreplanchok districts were gathered to learn from the seminar.
H.G Titus Mor Osthathiose Episcopa took two sessions on the significance of the Holy Eucharist in the life of a Christian. He spoke on various topics such as the origin of the Eucharist, the meaning of the Eucharist, the different names of the Eucharist, the benefits of receiving the Eucharist and how to celebrate the Eucharist meaningfully.
This was followed by a session taken by the diocesan vicar who taught the newly-ordained priests about how to officiate at the Eucharist.
At the end of the program, the participants were divided into groups to discuss what they had learned from the seminar and why the Eucharist was important.
