School Supplies Distributed to Sunday School Children in Kathmandu

Believers Church Kathmandu Diocese distributed school supplies to Sunday school children on the 31st of August.

More than 47 students received gifts on this occasion. They were given a variety of articles such as clothes, dolls, colour pencils, erasers, chocolates, exercise copies, sandals and shoes.Bishop Gopal Chhetri gave away the gifts.

Pastor Dipesh speaking on the occasion said, “Believers Church organizes various programs for Sunday School children every year. Our aim is to create a healthy and suitable environment for the children where, they hear stories about our Lord Jesus Christ . They learn dancing, singing and get a chance to broaden their imagination.”

Namrata (six year old) who is a regular student said, “I like Sunday school. I also take my three year old sister. She enjoys listening to songs. Thank you for the gift.”

Children of school-going age are given a chance to hone their talents and learn at Sunday Schools of Believers Church.
