Remote Villagers Thankful to Diocese of Ranchi for New Bore Well

On 9th September 2014, Believers Church Diocese of Ranchi installed a new bore well in a remote village.

Previously, the people in this village used the water from a nearby flowing river for their daily water needs. But the water was contaminated and not clean enough for drinking. Because of this reason, people fell sick often. So to help them access pure water and to ensure their health, the church drilled this new bore well for them.

60 people use this well each day for their water needs and they are all thankful towards the church for coming forward to help them.

Believers Church each year provides clean water to thousands of communities by drilling bore wells in areas without access to water and distributing BioSand water filters in areas with access only to dirty water.
