Refugees Receive Blankets from Agartala Diocese

Believers Church Agartala Diocese distributed 98 blankets to a group of refugees on 8th March 2013. The gram panchayat, Mr. Muktiram, was chief guest for the program. He appreciated Believers Church for making a deliberate choice to love and care for the needy people of society.

“The condition of my family is very poor in terms of clothing and food,” said a 25-year-old woman named Lompuia. “It was so hard for me to provide proper clothes even to my children. At this point of time, Believers Church provided me a good blanket, for which I shall be ever grateful.”

Thousands of people receive poverty-alleviating gifts from Believers Church every year.
