Poverty Alleviation Program benefits 55 Families in Chennai Diocese

On 25th Jan 2014, Believers Church Chennai Diocese organized a poverty alleviation program. Overall 55 families were benefited from the program.The local MLA Mr. K. Lingamuthu Gudiyatham was the chief guest of the function.

Mr. Chandiran, one of the beneficiaries, said, “I am a diabetic patient, due to that one of my legs was amputated. I received a tricycle through this program. Now I hope that I can do some work and support my family.”

This is one of the many examples of how Believers Church supports the needy people and fills their life with hope.
