Poverty Alleviation Gifts Distributed in Lucknow Diocese

Believers Church Lucknow Diocese conducted gift distribution programs in different places on 3rd January 2014. The gifts include rickshaws, tricycles, bicycles, spray machines, sewing machines, goats and buffaloes.

In one location, around 250 people attended the program and were benefited. R.K. Singh Patel (MLA) was the chief guest of the program. In his speech he said that, “Many poor people are benefited by these gifts. By using such gifts, they can earn a livelihood.”

After receiving the gifts many of the beneficiaries expressed their gratitude to Believers Church and its leadership. They were very enthusiastic to have new means to add to their existing income to educate their kids and take care of their families’ other needs.

This is one of the many examples where Believers Church helps people to break the chain of poverty.
