Patna Diocese Celebrates Episcopal Day with Widows

Believers Church Patna Diocese celebrated Episcopal Day on the anniversary of the consecration of Dr. K.P. Yohannan as metropolitan of Believers Church. The celebration took place on 3rd February 2014.

Overall, 36 widows attended the function and they were gifted with warm clothes and special gifts. Bishop M.A. Lalachan in his speech said that, “Believers Church is dedicated to serve the widows and underprivileged children with love and care for their wellbeing.” Four Sisters of Compassion, who regularly work among the most neglected, also took part in the program.

This is just one example of how Believers Church works with downtrodden people. The church gives thousands of poverty-alleviating gifts to the needy.
