Parishes Observe Feast of Saint Thomas

The feast of Saint Thomas, the patron saint of India, was celebrated with great joy by Believers Eastern Church parishes on 3 July 2022.

Parishes marked this feast with the celebration of Divine Liturgy and special prayers.

The highlight of the feast held at St. Thomas Believers Eastern Church Cathedral was the special events organized in honor of Saint Thomas. The children and members of the parish performed special songs, speeches and skit to show how St Thomas the Apostle having experienced the risen Jesus, became a zealous witness of the Lord Jesus and devoted his life to proclaiming the Good News through word and life. The celebrations ended with the prayer and benediction offered by H.G. Samuel Mor Theophilus Episcopa.
