Parish in Diocese of Niranam Provides Free Meals to Patients at Government Hospital

St. Mary’s Believers Eastern Church parish in Believers Eastern Church Diocese of Niranam organized a free food distribution for the needy at a government hospital in Pathanamitta district, Kerala on 30 July 2021.

The priest and few members of the parish visited the hospital where they distributed food packets and water bottles to 52 patients who were admitted to the hospital. The distribution was carried out with the help of the hospital health inspector.

The patients were very happy to receive the food packets and expressed their gratitude to the church for reaching out to them with warm meals during the Covid-19 pandemic.
