Over 2,050 Underprivileged Children Receive Back-to-School Supplies in Diocese of Amritsar

In the month of May 2017, Believers Church Diocese of Amritsar distributed school supplies and hygiene items to disadvantaged children to give them a good start to their school year.

The diocese organized the distributions in several places through Bridge of Hope and more than 2060 children were helped.

The children were so glad to receive the supplies and their parents also thanked the church for ensuring their children have all basic school essentials they need for the year ahead.

“We are so thankful to the church for this great help. It is because of receiving these necessary school items our children are able to continue their studies,” said Sukhwinder Kaur, a child’s mother.
