Nine Sisters Inducted into the Order of Sisters of Compassion

The commissioning and dedication of nine Sisters of Compassion were held in Believers Eastern Church Diocese of Lucknow on May 14 and 15, 2023, respectively.

H.G. Thomas Mor Kurilos Episcopa, Diocesan Bishop, presided over both services.

During the commissioning service that was held on May 14, the Episcopa prayed for the sisters and presented them with white sarees.

The dedication service on the following day featured heartfelt prayers, reflective readings, and an inspiring sermon from the Episcopa that highlighted the importance of selfless service and living a life of compassion and humility. During the time of dedication, the Episcopa presented each of the sisters with a silver cross.

With their successful dedication service behind them, the Sisters of Compassion are poised to embark on their mission, spreading love, compassion, and grace to all who seek solace and support.
