New Bore Well Provides Clean Water in a Remote Village in Diocese of Imphal

Believers Church Diocese of Imphal installed a new bore well and a water tank in a remote village on 31st August 2014.

The village is located in a hilly area where the people are farmers. They struggled a lot to get water for their farming and daily need because they depended on hill water and seasonal rains. Seeing their needs, the church installed a new bore well and water tank to store water for them.

Now, the well provides water to more than 380 people in this village. The villagers were happy and thanked church for the concern shown to them. “Thank you so much for providing us this well,” said village head. “Now, our people can access sufficient water. The church is doing great things for the society.”
