New Backpacks Protect Books from Monsoon Rains

Believers Church Niranam Diocese distributed school materials to 140 children from poor families on 7th and 8th June 2013. Their schools had opened the previous Monday in the midst of heavy monsoon rains. Lacking backpacks, students were wrapping their schoolbooks in plastic bags for protection, but the books were still getting wet.

The students were so grateful to receive school bags, pencils, scales and pens from Believers Church.

This is just one example of how the church is assisting people in need.
