Nellore Diocese Provides 20 Toilets to Community Lacking Good Sanitation

On 5th December, 2013 Believers Church Nellore Diocese inaugurated twenty new toilets which it had installed in a community. Due to lack of sanitation, many people here were affected by various diseases. Community members were really thankful for the toilets provided by Believers Church.

“Due to lack of toilet,” said Mastanamma, “often my family members were getting sickness, fever, vomiting and malaria. But hereafter we will not.”

Another women, Mariyamma, said, “I used to go to the roadside for toilet, and it was difficulty during the rainy season. I want to thank Believers Church for providing a toilet to our family.”

The sanitation project is just one of many ways Believers Church improves the health of rural and urban communities.
