More than 750 Families Benefit from Flood Relief Program in Andhra Pradesh

Believers Church Hyderabad Diocese continued to respond to the need of people in the flood affected places of East Godavari district in Andhra Pradesh and conducted a flood relief program on the 19th of September.

More than 750 families benefitted and each were provided with 10 Kg Rice, 1 blanket, 2 steel plates, 2 steel glasses, 1 Kg dall, and 1 Litre cooking oil and hand bag.

Mr. D. Prasanth Kumar(Sub Inspector of Police) and Mr. T. Gangadharao (Mandal President ) attended the program and appreciated the work of Believers Church in helping those affected by the floods.

The beneficiaries were very grateful for the timely help provided as they are without work and money.
This is one example of how Believers Church responds to natural disasters by supplying food, supplies and medical attention.
