Resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ is not only the greatest event in all history; it is also an event to history. His death on the cross is only a part of the story. He was buried and then He rose again. So, now we have this absolute hope that not only our sins are forgiven, but that we are reconciled with God, we are restored, and we can change and be what God created us to be, not just for this life here on earth but for the life to come.

If a man dies, shall he live again?

Yes. Since Christ is risen, we who are in Him have the hope of a glorious resurrection. For those who believe in Him, death is no more the end but only a departure from this earthly abode to eternal bliss. At Easter, we celebrate this gift of eternal life made possible through the death and resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
