Metropolitan Dr. K.P. Yohannan Promotes Unity at YMCA Peace Week

On 8th August, Metropolitan Dr. K.P. Yohannan inaugurated the National Integration Day organized by Kerala’s YMCA as a part of its annual Peace Week. Mr. Lebi Philip (YMCA Regional Chairman) presided over the program, which drew around 50 YMCA leaders.

The Metropolitan shared about the need to have inner peace before spreading it to others.

“If you want to give a beggar ten rupees,” he said, “you have to have ten rupees in your pocket. If you want to give peace and unity, you must have peace in your heart.” The participants each pledged to work for the peace of the nation.
