Less Privileged Children Receive School Bags and Delicious Meals

Believers Eastern Church Diocese of Birtamod held social welfare programs at three different places on 8 March 2019, to mark International Women’s Day and Founder’s Day.

Mrs. Chandra Maya Shrestha (Deputy Mayor) was invited as chief guest for the program at one of the places. She spoke on the importance of International Women’s Day and about various social issues faced by women.

Through the distribution programs held at three different places, around 30 needy children received school bags, 110 children and parents received snack packs and 125 poor children and their parents received delicious meals.
