Leadership Training Program Held in Niranam Diocese

A leadership training program was conducted on 29th June 2013 at a DORA Microfinance branch office in Believers Church Niranam Diocese.

The program was exclusively for DORA Microfinance unit presidents and secretaries. The objective of the program was to equip the participants to lead their corresponding units as is expected of them. 100 participants attended the program. The program started with the opening prayer of Rev. Fr. Lazar.

DORA Microfinance Director Mr. Abraham led the session on effective leadership. Then Area Manager Mr. Happy reminded the members about DORA vision, mission, values and activities. He encouraged the leaders to incorporate this vision into their personal lives and achieve them in their corresponding units.

All the participants who attended the program responded very positively. DORA Microfinance is helping bring thousands of families out of poverty by helping them become self-sufficient.
