Kolkata Diocese Sunday School Organizes Medical Camp for Poor Children

Believers Church Kolkata Diocese’s Sunday school department held a medical camp for 50 poor children on 15th February. These children live near a railroad, where community members survive by collecting plastic and bottles.

Due to their poverty, children here do not receive education or proper physical care.

Seeing the need, Believers Church organized a medical camp for them. Dr. Tapan Mondal offered his medical expertise for the occasion and examined local children. The kids also received vitamin A and deworming tablets.

Believers Church helps thousands of impoverished community members each year through medical camps and health awareness classes.
