Independence Day Celebrated with Orphans in Rajasthan

Believers Church Udaipur Diocese celebrated Independence Day in an ashram with orphans on the 15th of August.

A Women’s Fellowship team, Bridge of Hope and Sunday School team visited the ashram and presented cultural programs for the children there. Twenty one children participated along with the sisters in the ashram.

The first item was a dance by Bridge of Hope students dressed as soldiers followed by a Rajasthani cultural dance. Then the Women’s Fellowship team performed a choreography.Finally the program ended with a song sung by Avinash a Sunday school student.

Sweets were distributed after the program. All the sisters in the ashram were thankful to Udaipur Diocese for their thoughtfulness.

Sis. Rosilina said, “Thank u very much for visiting our children and presenting God’s love to them. Your programs made them happy and put a smile on their face.”

Believers Church utilizes opportunities like this to reach those on the fringe of society.
