Income-Generating Tools Distributed to 200 widows in Diocese of Vizag

Believers Church Diocese of Vizag held a community development program on 4th April 2017 where it distributed income-generating gifts to needy and destitute widows.

While inaugurating the distribution event, the chief guest, Mr. Velagapudi Ramakrishna Babu (MLA) appreciated Believers Church for taking an active role in alleviating poverty from society. He said, “I am grateful to Believers Church for working towards the welfare of the poor people in this nation”.

During the program, the diocese distributed 82 sewing machines, 111 pair of goats and seven push carts, thus providing a source of income to 200 widows in need.
