Income-Generating Gifts Distributed on International Widows Day
June 23, 2014A team of Women Fellowship and Sisters of Compassion from the Diocese of Siliguri distributed income-generating gifts among widows on International Widows Day, 23rd June 2014. Altogether 37 widows were benefited from the program. The gifts included cows, goats and tin sheets.
Bishop Emmanuel Juribu was the chief guest of the program and he distributed gifts among the widows.
Believers Church helps the poor widows to make a steady income and live with dignity by conducting programs like this.
