Imphal Diocese Conducts One Day Seminar for Youth

Believers Church Imphal Diocese organized a one day seminar for youth on 25th March 2014. The seminar was organized with the help of the Sunday School Department and 63 young boys and girls attended the function.

Pr. Seikhongam addressed the young people, and the theme of the seminar was “The Value of Youth”. The purpose of the seminar was to encourage the youth in their spiritual life and to educate them about the true Christian life. The response of the program was very good and many youth talked about the impact of the seminar.

Mangcha said, “I am happy that I attend this program because it is helpful for youths to know what is important in a person’s life. I have learned many new things. I am looking forward to this kind of program again.”

Lhingneng said, “I am happy that the leaders have concern for the spiritual well-being of the youths and are arranging such programs. It is very helpful for me as I have learned many good things which my parents had never had time to teach me. I wish and pray that I will live my life as God wants, pleasing Him in all my deeds.”

This seminar is one of many examples which shows the church’s care for nurturing youth.
