Hundreds Gather for Patna Independence Day Program

Believers Church Patna Diocese celebrated Independence Day on 15th August 2010 at the Minor Seminary and local Bridge of Hope center. Rt. Rev. M.A. Lalachan hoisted the flag at the Minor Seminary as students and faculty respectfully saluted. Then, the Bishop and other diocesan leaders moved to the BOH center for another program.

More than 900 people gathered at the project center to celebrate the nation’s independence. After hoisting the flag, Bridge of Hope children performed various cultural programs for the occasion.

During the program, free notebooks and medicines were distributed to the Bridge of Hope children. Believers Churches across the country joined in Independence Day festivities, proud of their nation and heritage.
