Haryana Students Clean Public Area on Republic Day
January 26, 2013Believers Church Minor Seminary in Haryana observed Republic Day on 26th January 2013. Vinod Kumar Walia (Haryana Police Inspector) specially attended to hoist the national flag.
He shared with the seminary students about how India’s early leaders struggled to make the constitution. And yet, today, the country faces a layer of corruption. In light of this, the police inspector encouraged the students to lead a moral life.
After the flag-hoisting program, the students and church staff cleaned a public area in their community.
Church members throughout India engaged in social work on Republic Day, desiring to improve the nation.
