Handicapped Children Receive Wheel Chairs on Founder’s Day

Believers Church Diocese of Gorakhpur distributed wheelchairs to eight handicapped children through Bridge of Hope on 8th March 2015, during the  birthday celebration of Dr. K.P. Yohannan, Metropolitan.

The same day, a team of Sisters of Compassion in the diocese went and visited a tribal village and distributed sweets and food packets to 40 people including children.

The children who received tricycles thanked the church for helping them to be capable of doing things alone without depending on anyone.

Believers Church celebrated Founder’s Day by organizing community development, social welfare and compassion programs throughout all its dioceses.
