A team of Minor Seminary students and Women’s Fellowship members in Believers Church Diocese of Lucknow observed the 68th Independence Day on 15th August 2014. The team cleaned a Tahasil court, police station and a public road.
The team cleaned one and a half kilometer road and the drainage. They removed the dried tree trunk and leaves fallen on the road side. After cleaning the road the team head to the court and the police station. They cleaned the toilets and white washed the walls and later cleaned the surroundings too.
Many people appreciated the work of the church. Some people said that after cleaning the road the roads looks wider.
Believers Church organized social work all over India on Independence Day and encouraged lakhs of people to be good citizens.
