Gifts Empower the Poor in Tinsukia Diocese

Believers Church Tinsukia Diocese distributed gifts on 7th January 2013 to help alleviate poverty. The gifts were items that could be used to make a living.

Many recipients received sewing machines. One man, Lombudhor received a cycle rickshaw. He was very grateful for the help given by Believers Church. He, his wife and their four children struggled financially, so Lombudhor started work with his new rickshaw the very next day.

Each year, thousands of impoverished people receive the ability to support themselves through Believers Church’s Community Development Project.
