Fresh Fruits for Hospital Patients on Women’s Day

On Women’s Day, 8th March 2013, a team from Believers Church Mumbai Diocese prepared 200 fresh fruit packets to distribute in a hospital. The packets consisted of apples, bananas, oranges, chiku and grapes.

Sister of Compassion Sumitra began the program with prayer. Kavita (Women’s Fellowship member) shared about Women’s Day. The team then gave fruit to each patient in the hospital. The sick people were very happy to receive this nutritious gift.

Packets remaining at the end went to needy children on the street.

Believers Church celebrated the importance of women in many locations on Women’s Day.
