Believers Church Bilaspur Diocese distributed 43 tricycles to physically challenged people on the 28th of September.
Mr Bhaskar (Sub Divisional Magistrate) and Bishop B.K. Lukose were invited as the chief guests. Mr.Bhaskar appreciated Believers Church for its involvement in social work. He then distributed the tricycles to the beneficiaries.
Anwari’s father is a daily laborer and the family could not afford to buy a tricycle for her. She said, “By birth I have been handicapped. Without the help of my parents, I was not able to move anywhere. I thank Believers Church for giving me a tricycle so that I can move anytime anywhere without anyone’s help. Thank you very much.”
“As a lady I had so many desires in my life,” said Durpati, “but my physical weakness made me the unloved child of my parents among all my brother and sisters. I am so much thankful to Believers Church who gave me the privilege to sit on this tricycle, which I never imagined before.”
This distribution took place through Believers Church’s community development project, which has touched hundreds of thousands of people.
