Family Upgrades from Straw to Tin

Believers Church Tezpur gave gifts to 101 poor families on 1st February 2013. The community members were thankful for the new tin roofing sheets, bicycles, piglets and blankets.

One of the recipients, Horsila, said. “We reside in a small hut made with straw. It was very difficult to live in the rainy seasons because of being soaked.” Believers Church saw their problem and provided roofing sheets. “I am very happy to receive them and thankful to Believers Church for giving me the gift,” said Horsila.

Thousands of families receive poverty-alleviating gifts from Believers Church each year.
