Easter Message from Athanasius Yohan I Metropolitan

In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit!

And the grace and the mercies of our Lord be with us now and always.

This is one of the most special privileges I have to celebrate this Easter with God’s faithful, the members of our church in Colombo, Sri Lanka. And the country as a whole has become such a major example of overcoming huge amount of struggles and bombings and strife and economic crisis and everything, and they have overcome. This is the message of Easter through Jesus Christ our Lord we can overcome all in this life.

And this Easter, may God fill your hearts with such joy and confidence. Remember, Christ is Risen!
